The health wallet is an incredibly valuable benefit for your customers and a marketing tool for you. It is a secure area where customers can store their health details (and their family’s).

Customers can keep details of their conditions, key measurements such as blood pressure or bmi, prescriptions, purchases, vaccination history etc. You can then use the Health Wallet to keep in touch with customers, invite them for MUR’s or other services or tests, let them know when you have a special offer or something of interest and so on. Significantly, you can search and build mailing lists by profile, for instance you could send every customer who sufferers from hayfever a special offer before the season begins with some health information about hayfever. You can target by pregnant women, mums with children, over 60’s, smokers, bmi’s etc. etc.

You can register customers in-store if you have computer or they can register themselves. You can upload any existing customers you already have or ask us to do it for free.  It is important to encourage customers to register, it helps you help them, it protects your customers from being 'poached' and adds real value to your business whether looking to expand or one day sell.
